Wow! What a wonderful weekend with Jerry! He arrived Friday afternoon and first we listened to the CD he made for me of some of his original music. Cool. Then he took me out to Applebee's and on the way home I said "Hmmm...Let's go to Costco!" So I got to ride one of the little cart-things again and it was so much fun! I actually got a little carried away and ran into a checker. But it was really more like a bump. She didn't get hurt. When Greg got home from church at about 8:30 p.m. we watched Anne of Green Gables.
Saturday Greg and Jerry went to get a hamburger at Hudson's, Jerry got new strings for my guitar, and they went shopping. Jerry got the ingredients to make Mandarin Chicken and he made it for our dinner. Mmmmmmmmm. It was delicious! What a special treat! That night we watched Les Miserables. A little different than Anne...but such a wonderful story.
Alas, Jerry went home this morning and it's quiet in our house. I loved having Liz, then Carolyn, then Jerry. I'm lucky to have such a great family.
Thank you for your prayers. Love, Julie

Julie,
I KNOW you aren't used to quiet, in fact there is no such thing in the Ronnie Camp family. Thank you for the pics. It's always fun to see how quickly the family grows up. Your own kids were probably about that age when I saw them last. Guitar hero is quite a challenge for most. Greg is probably better at it than the grand kids...he played the guitar, didn't he? I'm so glad that you can continue to enjoy your family and friends inspite of the temporary set backs you've had. Your continued strength is absolutely amazing! I hope this round of chemo knocks the cancer out for good.
Continued prayers for healing & grace from KY.
Love you,
Jeanne
I had a great time! I don't clean up much, but I do have other skills. I really enjoyed the time there--and was having the sun shine great! I came back home--and inversion. I hope you had a great time at the party(my feelings are really hurt that I--i didn't get to play with the kids)!
Hey Jeanne, we have some great pics of you and Debbie running around in the same dress! Those home movies are quite fun. You were a little fire ball! Hehe.
I hope to get back up there to see you soon Julie. Let me know how the chemo went today. And don't be afraid to run around Costco in your cart soon (maybe they have a motorized shopping cart class)! LOL!
Love GERALD
Jerry, I am so glad you and Julie got to spend some fun time together!! In these times it makes you realize how much you LOVE your siblings! We have so many fun memories as well as crummy ones! that's life! We are so fortunate! Julie, I will call you soon...now that all your company is gone!! I love you and pray for you every day!!Love, Janice
I know the dresses that Jerry is talking about! They were white with huge green flowers all over them. Mom made them. For some reason she always dressed us like twins...which meant I wore the same thing for 5 years or more! Anyway, I carry that picture of all of us in front of your house in my purse. I always remember getting together with you guys as the best times ever!
So glad that you had special visit times with your sis.
Love you!
Jeanne
